WSSC Kohat’s BOD Chairman and CEO’s visit to Church, Chakar Kot Overhead Reservoir and Filtration Plant

Chairman Board of Directors WSSC Kohat Muhammad Saad and Chief Executive Officer Ihsanullah Afridi, accompanied by Head of Administration and Operations Tahir Afif, visited a church in Kohat.
During the visit, the arrangements made by WSSC Kohat for cleanliness, provision of drinking water, and other essential facilities on the occasion of a special religious festival of the Christian community were reviewed.
Later, Chairman Board of Directors Muhammad Saad and Chief Executive Officer Ihsanullah Afridi visited the new Overhead Reservoir being constructed at Chakar Kot under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project (KPCIP). On the occasion, the CEO was given a detailed briefing on the current status of the project, construction progress, and related matters.
During the briefing, it was informed that the progress of the project has been affected due to a Stay Order. The participants also discussed in detail the current legal and administrative status of the project, ongoing construction activities, and the way forward.
The Chief Executive Officer also issued necessary directions regarding the cleaning and maintenance of the filtration plant.
