Monthly Performance Review Meeting Held at WSSC Kohat

A meeting to review the monthly performance of staff was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Muhammad Saad, Chairman Board of Directors, WSSC Kohat, and Mr. Ihsan Ullah Afridi, Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Kohat. The meeting was attended by all relevant officers and staff of the organization.

During the meeting, the minutes of the previous month’s meeting were reviewed in detail, along with the status of implementation of the decisions taken and directions issued during the previous meeting. The heads and responsible officers of various departments briefed the leadership on the progress of tasks and responsibilities assigned to them.

Chairman Muhammad Saad and CEO Ihsan Ullah Afridi reviewed staff performance across various areas and emphasized the timely completion of ongoing assignments, improvement in office affairs, and further enhancement of the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

The meeting also included discussions on ongoing projects, day-to-day operations, service delivery, and the performance of various departments. Officers and staff were directed to ensure the provision of efficient, timely, and quality services to the public, while carrying out their assigned duties with responsibility, professionalism, and dedication.
