This Privacy Policy applies to the WSSCK Complaints app (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, developed by Water and Sanitation Service Company, Kohat (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). This Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS.”

The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device unless explicitly provided by the user as part of a complaint submission.

• Contact you with important updates, required notices, and service-related announcements.
• Improve the Application and the services offered.

The Service Provider does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, certain data may be shared in the following circumstances:

• With relevant government authorities or municipal service teams to address complaints and provide resolutions.
• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, ensure user safety, investigate fraud, or comply with government requests.
• With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, under confidentiality agreements, and without independent rights to use disclosed information.

User Profile and Complaint Management

• Users can update or modify their profile information at any time through the Application.
• Users can review the status of their complaints within the Application.
• Complaints submitted through the Application will be retained for record-keeping and service improvement purposes.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Uninstallation can be done using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as the user has an active profile and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please contact the Service Provider at wssckinfo@gmail.com. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit data from children under the age of 13. The Application is not intended for children under 13 years old. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, the information will be promptly deleted.
